I sleep naked, burn lavender, and speak positive affirmations into a cup of water before I drink it. I write three things in my gratitude journal, express my love and appreciation to my E.T. family, and turn off my phone. Sleep is a sacred act for me now. I don’t believe I could have a romantic partner who doesn’t respect a reasonable bedtime.
I’ve adopted the same belief about sleep that the Egyptians did. Everyone receives tremendous healing and information in this state, so I prioritize it. I don’t sleep all day, but I have a nightly routine and get at least eight hours of rest. I go to bed at ten every night, and if I drink alcohol, I won’t drink past five.
Drinking alcohol interferes with sleep. If I do drink, I avoid hard alcohol and limit my intake. I don’t like to be out and about at night anyway, so it’s an excellent excuse to go home. My motto is nothing good happens after eight unless it involves a bed.
I like to be in my house and in my pajamas when the sun goes down. I enjoy the preparation of sleep. I don’t consume any calories after five, and I don’t watch television. I dim the lights with each passing hour and use my Sananga eyedrops https://esotericbrooke.com/six-months-of-sananga/ and Blue Lotus oil from Egypt on my third eye. These plant medicines activate the pineal gland.
Two of my cats sleep with me. Mac and Rupert have the same sleep schedule as me, so they don’t wake me up throughout the night. Rupert knows it’s time for him to jump on his lavender pillow as soon as I turn off the light. We like to think of it as the spaceship he boards before we transcend into the astral together.
I’ve found that the best way to fall asleep is to bring your awareness to the lower half of your body. It helps you get out of your thoughts. Tell the subconscious that you remember all of your dreams and understand the language of symbolism. Believe and repeat this statement as you close your eyes.
The best way to remember your dreams is to wake up slowly. Keep your eyes closed and try to recall whatever you can. Mentally repeat the things that stand out to you over and over. If you want to avoid getting up to write it down, type it on your phone or voice-to-text.
We’re disconnected from our physical body in the astral. Waking up suddenly or getting up before fully integrating back can cause this information to stay in the ether. It’s just as important to remember the feeling of the dream, too. I’ve determined this is how to distinguish between regular dreams (subconscious information, things that have happened throughout the day/lifetime, etc.), astral traveling, and living out a parallel reality.
We’re visiting parallel realities and other dimensions more than just dreaming. Even though I cannot go into your body and experience what you see and feel in this state, I can share how I can tell the difference. Dreams, astral traveling to different dimensions, and visiting a parallel reality ALL have a distinctive feel. I never noticed the difference when my sleep was crap and I was unhealthy, though.
I didn’t get into these things and create synchronicities to fit my fantasies. I recently discovered The Convoluted Universe series by Dolores Cannon, which confirmed this Déjà vu and other various emotions. Have you ever gone to a place so familiar in your dream that you have difficulty differentiating if it was just a dream or a forgotten memory? Primarily upon waking when you’re literally between worlds? Some, I still don’t know!
Some people may say that’s just grogginess. If you’ve experienced it, though, you know the difference! Once again, it’s all about the feeling. If I had to sum each up with one word, astral traveling feels like a vacation, and a parallel reality feels like home.
For the most part, astral traveling is visiting and observing new worlds. It’s light and fun, with lots of symbolism and interaction with non-human beings, although they can disguise themselves as humans https://esotericbrooke.com/sleep-like-an-egyptian-to-access-parallel-worlds/. I have difficulty understanding them because a lot is lost in translation. It feels like vacationing in a foreign land with a tour guide that doesn’t speak your language but is trying to.
Parallel realities feel natural and familiar. You’re returning home like a cheating spouse living two separate lives (although we live more than just two). There are people there I know from over here. I can also read words in parallel realities because letters are scrambled in regular dreams. There’s less symbolism, and communication is the same as on Earth. Upon waking, I need a minute to realize what life I’m waking up to!
Dreams can be confusing because our subconscious speaks to us in symbolism (which is why we assume we’re just dreaming), but extraterrestrials do, too. We receive vital information and downloads that our conscious mind cannot comprehend. I’ve heard this information gets embedded in us and released when the time is right. I know there have been many times I thought I understood something, and then months/years later, I will feel a sudden SWOOSH! Like, okay… I got it now!
Adopting a solid sleep regimen has changed my life. I understand not everyone may be able to take it to the level I have because of school, work, and kids, but I hope you’ve found at least one thing of value you can incorporate into your nightly routine. Good quality sleep improves every area of your life, not just the ones in the cosmos. After all, beauty rest is a lot cheaper than botox.
I made a subliminal guided meditation about the positive affirmations I speak into my water before drinking it and going to bed. I invite you to check it on my YouTube channel:
